i don't recommend this type of hotel. if you want to use washroom in night, you will have to climb the stairs when you are sleepy. not good for family as kids can get hurt. pool was also dirty

Property is new and aesthetics are good but they are poor professionals. After checking in to the room i found empty shower gel bottle, empty handwash, TV and Wi Fi both are not working and majorly telephone of the room was not working. I was staying on 12th floor and it was clearly depicting their poor hospitality that i have to run to reception on ground floor for availing any kind of service and to order food. i asked them to rectify the telephone but they dont paid any heed and lingered my numerous request. *** on reception changed my room after 5 hours when i got angry at reception. In addition to this, food is much expensive. This is the first alleged high end property/hotel, i came across who charge for ice cubes. Other 5 star properties like Taj, Hyatt and JW Marriot never charged for ice cubes.. Only aesthetics are good, service is poor..

We stayed there for a night, it’s a brand new hotel with a very unique concept of double height living area and bedroom upstairs. Very modern construction and fittings. Restaurant is super luxurious, courteous staff and excellent service. Everything we ordered was delivered within few minutes to our room. They should put better directions for entry though.
